Graduated from Utrecht University and Professional School of Arts Utrecht, obtained a Bachelor of Theater, Film and Television Studies and a Master of Dramaturgy/Creative Development. Written several screenplays for television (Welcome to the Kamaras) and for short films (Play of the Light, Almost Love, Fetishism, The Healers, David H., Branding of the USA). Also written pilots for comedy series (Love tactics, Van Zilte Zeden). Despite this, I wrote my first screenplay for a full-length film. I have also written for theater (eg Godinnen, The incident with mister Blom). My specialties are comedy and thriller.

My specialty is humor in the broadest sense of the word, from flat to intelligent to dark. In addition, I write raw dialogues for unique characters. Because of my background in dramaturgy, I know everything about the structure of a screenplay and the constellation of the characters. Context is very important in my work, which always creates a layering. My studies have also made me very adept at doing research.
